Senior Front End Engineer

What will you contribute?
We are seeking aSenior Front-End Engineer to design and develop customer-facing AI chatbot experiences and modern front-end applications. In this role, you will contribute to complex UI implementations, help shape front-end standards and best practices, and partner closely with Product, UX, and Backend/AI teams to deliver scalable, high-quality conversational experiences.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Design and implement customer-facing chatbot UIs and front-end applications using React and Next.js
- Contribute to front-end architecture decisions to support scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Build and evolve reusable component libraries and front-end patterns aligned with UX and branding standards
- Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and AI/LLM-driven services
- Proactively identify and resolve performance, accessibility, and cross-browser issues
- Support high-quality engineering practices through code reviews, documentation, and technical guidance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, Product, and engineering leadership to deliver end-to-end features
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong front-end engineering culture
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience building complex front-end applications with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Strong hands-on experience with Next.js, including performance optimization and rendering strategies
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end performance best practices
- Proven experience integrating front-end applications with APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Strong grasp of state management patterns and front-end architecture
- Experience owning features end-to-end in a production environment
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub in a collaborative, team-based development environment
- Demonstrated interest or experience building AI -powered, conversational, or real -time applications
