This role is accountable for execution discipline, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, financial oversight, and clear executive communication across complex customer and internal delivery programs.\nResponsibilities & Deliverables:\nLead delivery of multiple strategic programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business and customer objectives.\n\nOwn executive-level escalation management by proactively identifying, communicating, and resolving critical project, commercial, customer, and operational issues.\n\nServe as a primary interface with sponsors, stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to define objectives, align expectations, and maintain accountability.\n\nDefine project goals, scope, governance, team roles, and responsibilities across each phase of delivery.\n\nManage weekly execution plans, project assignments, milestones, dependencies, and progress against cost, schedule, scope, and quality commitments.\n\nLead change control by assessing impact, facilitating governance decisions, and ensuring approved changes are clearly communicated and controlled.\n\nMaintain financial discipline through forecasting, budget management, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.\n\nContinuously identify, qualify, and track risks and issues, including mitigation plans, contingency actions, ownership, and executive visibility.\n\nIdentify resource needs early and communicate requirements clearly to ensure programs are staffed with the right skills at the right time.\n\nManage internal and external stakeholder communications, ensuring appropriate cadence, transparency, and alignment across sponsors, customers, delivery teams, and support organizations.\n\nSupport commercial discussions, scope definition, effort estimation, Statements of Work, and business case development.\n\nLeverage delivery insights and customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and support account strategy.\n\nPromote consistent use of project management standards, tools, processes, and delivery governance across project teams.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nExtensive project or program management experience.\n\nProven experience leading technical and non-technical resources across cross-functional delivery teams.\n\nDemonstrated experience identifying action items, tasks, dependencies, and activities, and tracking them through completion.\n\nExperience defining, implementing, and continuously improving standards, processes, and procedures using industry best practices such as PMI or CMMI.\n\nExperience building project budgets based on work breakdown structures, resource plans, and delivery commitments.\n\nCloud Technology & Delivery Environment\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.\n\nUnderstanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS delivery models.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud architecture, networking, identity management, and integration patterns.\n\nExperience managing cross-functional architecture, infrastructure, and application delivery teams.\n\nVendor & Third-Party Management\nExperience managing cloud providers, system integrators, external integration partners, and third-party vendors.\n\nAbility to negotiate priorities, resolve cross-organizational dependencies, and maintain delivery alignment across internal and external teams.\n\nService Transition & Operations\nExperience planning production cutovers, go-live activities, and operational readiness.\n\nExperience transitioning delivered projects into sustainable support and service operations models.\n\nUnderstanding of SLA management, incident management, and service operations practices.\n\nExecutive & Client Leadership\nExperience presenting program status, risks, issues, financials, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.\n\nExperience leading steering committees, governance forums, and customer-facing executive reviews.\n\nExperience managing senior client relationships, including C-level stakeholders.\n\nWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
