In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex banking transformation projects using Finastra’s core banking solutions.\nYou will manage SaaS, cloud, and on-prem implementations, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead full lifecycle implementation of core banking solutions\nDefine project scope, timelines, and success metrics\nAct as the primary point of contact for customer engagements\nCoordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors\nManage data migration, integration, and deployment activities\nMonitor project performance and report on progress\nIdentify and mitigate risks and ensure compliance\nSupport business development and contribute to proposals\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field\nSolid experience in IT project/program management\nProven experience managing core banking implementations\nExperience with platforms such as Temenos, Oracle, or Finacle\nStrong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, APIs, and digital banking\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nCertifications such as PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus\nWork Environment:\nA hybrid working model with some travel based on project needs\nCollaboration with global teams and customers\nWhy Join Us?\nWork on high-impact projects with leading financial institutions\nBe part of a collaborative and innovative team\nOpportunities for growth and professional development\nWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
