Takes on PAS responsibilities, involving direct customer interaction to understand issues, provide timely communication, and drive resolution in collaboration with Customer Support teams. Works closely with support executives to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Collaborates with Development and QA teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance overall product quality.\nWhat will Candidate contribute?\nThis resource will be part of US-Hosted Payments group and responsible for deliverable for US hosted payment product and Dev support to P2G team.\nResponsibilities & Deliverables:\nYour deliverables as a [Senior QA Engineer] will include, but are not limited to, the following:\nTakes on PAS responsibilities\nCreate test cases from product specifications. \nExecutes test plans and test cases and compiles results. \nKnowledge of Release Deployments of Components on Windows based environments.\nShould have knowledge of Configurations like understanding INI / CFG files \nSets up and maintains personal testing environments. May set up team testing environments. \nAssist in the review of software development processes to improve product quality. \nTracks defects from detection to resolution and works with developers to reproduce and resolve defects. \nCommunicates with stakeholders on product issues. \nAcquires and maintains knowledge of existing products, operations or systems. \nReviews product documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. \nProvides support to stakeholders prior to GA release of software. \nKnowledge of DB scripts like SQL Queries / DB Scripts is preferable\nDesign, develop, automate and maintain test scripts. \nProvide testing effort estimates for enhancements. \nDocumentation Creating Knowledge base for future use.\nRequired Experience:\n5+ years of experience in software testing or related field \nKnowledge of the Agile software development methodology is must \nShould perform Manual Testing with UI Usage and Should be quick learner to adapt to existing Payment Products\nExperience in the Payments domain is must. Knowledge of Payments/SWIFT/Fed/MT/MX/ACH messages is must\nShould have knowledge of Payments ISO Messages, MT Messages.\nExperience in Payment Life Cycle Stages, Compliance, FX Payments, Remote Accounting \nExperience of working in US Payments Products is great to have\nKnowledge on performance testing and related performance tools is good to have \nEffective verbal and written communication skills \nAbility to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nKnowledge of quality assurance methods and techniques including the software development lifecycle.\nEffective analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think ‘out of the box’ for process improvements.\nAbility to execute test plans and test scripts for commercial software applications, document expected results vs. actual results, and record software defects. \nKnowledge of automated testing software tools with ability to design and develop automated testing programs.\nKnowledge of C++, DLL's, Windows OS Components, Web services (REST and SOAP), Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI is preferable\nExperience with testing Micro services, Rest API’s is good to have\nWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
