You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications, while adhering to best practices in the software development lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in software design discussions and analyse user requirements to define technical solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable code.\nTest, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and fix defects efficiently.\nFollow established Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices.\nSupport product releases and provide ongoing maintenance and issue resolution.\nWork with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve program-related challenges.\nContribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nExperience\n6-8 years of hands-on experience in software design and development.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience in: Java 8+/ J2EESpring Boot, Spring Cloud\nFamiliarity with: Azure (preferred)\nOracle Database 19C Hibernate & JPA\nDistributed systems and caching technologies\nMessaging platforms (e.g., MQ, Kafka)\nKnowledge of: RESTful APIs & SQL and database design\nDatabase Tuning & PostgreSQL Experience is must\nDomain Knowledge\nFinancial industry domain i.e. Cross Border Payments experience is preferred.\nGood understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC.\nCore Competencies\nAbility to independently solve moderately complex technical problems.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and coding skills.\nProficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.\nEffective communication skills (both verbal and written).\nStrong customer-focused mindset.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.\nCapability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.\nWe are proud to offer a range of incentives to our employees worldwide.
