This is a system-ownership role: you are responsible for the quality, scalability, and operational readiness of the software you deliver, not just the code you write.\nAI-assisted development is the standard way of working on this team. You will be expected to use AI tooling daily to accelerate delivery while maintaining the engineering rigor required of enterprise financial software.\nResponsibilities & Deliverables:\nDesign and implement production-grade services and UI features across the lending platform \nOwn technical decisions that balance delivery speed with long-term system health and maintainability \nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs, background services, and event-driven integrations.\nWrite clean, secure, and testable code; participate in code reviews enforcing SOLID principles, async/await correctness, and EF Core best practices \nCollaborate closely with product management, UX design, and quality engineering from concept through delivery \nContribute to architectural discussions, design reviews, and technical documentation including ADRs \nMentor other engineers and raise the technical bar through code review and knowledge sharing \nOther duties and projects as assigned \nTechnical Environment:\n Back-end: C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core), .NET 10/.NET4.8, RESTful API design, WCF \nFront-end: Angular, TypeScript, Angular Material, MVC \n Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure (App Service, App Insights, Redis, Azure SQL, Docker, Azure AD), Kubernetes\nData: SQL Server, LINQ, EF Core \nDevOps & Tooling: CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell, Git \nRequired Experience:\nDemonstrated professional software development experience including both architecture and implementation \nStrong proficiency in C#/.NET and Angular for full-stack development \nHands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and distributed, event-driven systems \nDeep understanding of secure coding practices, automated testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines \nExperience with Entity Framework Core including query optimization, change tracking, and migration management \nWorking knowledge of Azure cloud services \nExperience in code review as both author and reviewer, with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability \nFinancial services or regulated-industry experience preferred \nAI Fluency Expectations\nThis role requires daily, hands-on use of AI-assisted engineering.
