One of your key responsibilities will be to turn complex requirements into clear, simple, and actionable scopes for IT. The better we define what needs to be built, the faster and more effective our development becomes. As AI accelerates software development, you will also use AI tools to make sure our product specifications keep pace.\nWhat will you do?\nShape our product strategy. Connect company goals, customer needs, and product opportunities, and bring fresh ideas for how our products can evolve.\n\nDrive the roadmap and priorities. Co-create our product roadmap and evaluate initiatives based on customer value, business impact, available resources, and regulatory requirements.\n\nTake products from idea to impact. Coordinate scoping, collaborate on UX/UI, testing, and releases, and evaluate whether the product delivers real value.\n\nConnect teams and markets. Work closely with IT, Sales, Marketing, Back Office, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, while helping clarify ownership and decision-making responsibilities.\n\nMake delivery smarter. Help coordinate cross-functional teams, reduce duplication, and make decisions, dependencies, and priorities clear to everyone involved.\n\nSpeed up scoping with AI. Bring AI tools and practices into product analysis, specification writing, and prototyping to keep product preparation aligned with the speed of AI-powered development.\n\nMeasure what matters. Define and track product KPIs, customer experience, and, together with Finance, product profitability\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for someone with a strong product mindset who can combine analytical thinking, business understanding, and a hands-on approach to getting things done.\nExperience in developing or managing digital products and a good understanding of the product lifecycle.\n\nThe ability to identify customer needs, work with data, and validate hypotheses.\n\nA solid understanding of product strategy, prioritisation, roadmaps, and collaboration with development teams.\n\nThe ability to balance customer value, business impact, costs, and technical or regulatory constraints.\n\nA proactive and independent approach, clear communication skills, and the ability to align different stakeholders without relying on formal authority.\n\nThe flexibility to thrive in a changing environment and help bring more clarity to processes, roles, and responsibilities.\n\nThe ability to break down complex requirements into simple, well-defined, and actionable development scopes.\n\nHands-on experience with, or a strong interest in, using AI tools in product management, whether for analysis, specifications, or prototyping.\n\nFluency in English and Slovak or Czech.\n\nWhat would be a plus?\nExperience in fintech, banking, investment services, or wealth management.\n\nFamiliarity with regulated environments, including KYC/AML, MiFID, or GDPR.\n\nExperience with product discovery, agile development, product analytics, or managing products across multiple markets.\n\nExperience in improving product processes and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nWhat can you expect at Finax?\nImpact, not just delivery.
