building well-tested software\n- Familiarity with command-line AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, or similar) and a genuine interest in using them to work more effectively\n- Clear written and verbal communication, particularly the ability to document findings and explain technical detail to non-engineering colleagues such as the support team\n- Working knowledge of C#, with the ability to debug and extend a commercial codebase independently\n- Exposure to financial services concepts (valuations, P&L, IBOR/portfolio management)\n- Experience with automated testing (e.g. NUnit), Postgres, Docker/Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)\n- Familiarity with CI/CD
