You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and TPMs in a fast-paced environment. This is a build-from-scratch mindset role focused on automation engineering, not just test execution.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and enhance reusable test automation frameworks and utilities.\nAutomate functional, API, UI, and end-to-end tests for critical lending workflows and BankConnect.\nPerform mobile, web, and SDK testing to validate functionality, integration, compatibility, and reliability across mobile platforms and client applications.\nOwn test strategy, regression coverage, and release-quality assessment for your product pod.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and investigate failures.\nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to identify risks early and prevent production defects.\nUse AI-assisted tools and explore agentic testing to improve automation efficiency.\nConduct performance and load testing of services and SDKs when required, and help establish performance SLAs.\nRequirements:\nB. E. /B.
