We achieve growth through the development of innovative new products and services, including lighting, lighting controls, building management solutions, and location-aware applications.\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a talented finance leader to support our Canadian Manufacturing Facililies located in Greater Montreal and the US. This individual is a key partner to manufacturing leaders to drive actionable insights and financial performance across the business. Responsibilities include, financial reporting and analysis, and regular partnering with plant operations to drive success.\nThis role is hybrid with 2-3 days a week on site in one of our Quebec manufacturing facilities:\nEureka Lighting (an Acuity Brands company) in Montreal\nCyclone Lighting in Terrebonne \nLuminis in Pointe-Claire \nKey Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)\nPartner with plant leadership and educate on impact of operational decisions and the impact on financial results\nCollaborate closely with operations, sales, engineering, and procurement to ensure team synergy, a thorough understanding of the various business processes, and strong mutual support.\nPrepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as yearly financial target\nOversee the monthly financial close process for the plant and respond timely to ad hoc financial requests\nPrepare and review operational key performance indicators (KPIs)\nOther tasks as required by the organization.\nSkills and Minimum Experience Required\nWe value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
