We are seeking a Technology Solutions Architect Lead who can combine deep technical knowledge, strong delivery management, and architectural understanding to run multi-team execution for high-impact modernization programs.\nThe ideal candidate is someone who has led delivery of complex cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, and AI-enhanced systems. You will serve as the accountable owner for delivery, ensuring teams ship high-quality, scalable, secure solutions on predictable timelines.\nKey Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)\nDelivery & Execution\nLead the architectural design and development of large and complex projects in CPQ & Digital Commerce space, including agentic AI and cloud architecture integrations, involving multiple vendors and leading-edge technologies. \nOwn end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team programs across cloud, microservices, data, and AI platforms.\nBuild delivery plans, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure predictable execution.\nLead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.\nTechnical Oversight\nProvide hands-on expertise in evaluating emerging technologies, architecting, designing, developing, coding, testing, and deploying solutions. \nGuide delivery of systems built on Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS, Postgres, Redis.\nDefine standards for architecture documentation using modeling tools, methods, and industry best practices - C4 models etc. \nTranslate architectural designs into actionable workstreams with clear dependencies.\nEnsure code quality, reliability, and performance through reviews and technical coaching.\nTeam Leadership\nMentor engineers, foster accountability, and drive high-performance engineering culture.\nSupport onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nQuality, CI/CD & Operations\nUphold strong engineering standard testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and DevSecOps.\nLeverage tools like SonarQube, Snyk, Datadog, CloudWatch, and automated testing.\nEnsure smooth releases, post-launch stabilization, and root-cause analysis.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with Product, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to align scope and priorities.\nCommunicate progress, blockers, and decisions to leaders and executive stakeholders.\nAI-Enabled Delivery\nDrive adoption of AI coding assistants and GenAI engineering platforms.\nIntegrate AI-driven quality, documentation, and automation practices into delivery workflows.\nSkills and Minimum Experience Required\n8-12+ years in engineering, solution architecture, or technical delivery leadership.\nProven delivery of distributed, event-driven, or cloud-native systems.\nStrong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and expertise in cloud architecture (Azure and AWS)\nStrong understanding of distributed systems, including experience with microservices architecture, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and event driven architecture - Event hub / Kafka / Service Bus etc.\nExperience with architectural design patterns (MVC, MNNM etc) \nDeep expertise in Cloud computing & containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - on the Azure/AWS platform. \nExperience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure-as-code).
