Learn more at www.findem.ai\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a GTM Systems Manager to own Salesforce as Findem’s source of truth and manage our broader Go-to-Market (GTM) systems ecosystem.\nThis is a hands-on systems and automation role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Salesforce, GTM operations, integrations, data, and AI. You will be responsible for maintaining and scaling our Salesforce environment while building AI-powered workflows and agents that automate key parts of the revenue lifecycle-from lead and opportunity management through quote-to-cash, renewal, and expansion.\nYou will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams to improve processes, strengthen data quality, and increase the productivity of our GTM organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nServe as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning configuration, data models, objects and fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, permissions, profiles, and sharing.\n\nMaintain Salesforce as a reliable system of record, ensuring data integrity through deduplication, data hygiene, field governance, and audit controls.\n\nPartner with Sales and business leaders to improve prospecting, pipeline, customer lifecycle, and revenue workflows.\n\nOwn and scale Cadence, Findem's AI-powered GTM operations platform, including integrations and data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Snowflake, and other GTM systems.\n\nDesign, build, and deploy AI agents and automations that streamline the revenue process from lead to opportunity, quote to cash, and retention and expansion.\n\nIdentify manual and repetitive GTM processes and transform them into automated, agent-driven workflows that improve productivity and operational efficiency.\n\nMonitor integrations and troubleshoot issues involving APIs, data synchronization, and data drift.\n\nEstablish standards for AI agent reliability, data accuracy, governance, and change management as automation capabilities scale.\n\nAct as a strategic systems advisor and operational partner to leadership, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.\n\nStrong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, Flows, reports, dashboards, security, and data management.\n\nExperience working with Salesforce integrations, including REST APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth, webhooks, middleware, and ETL.\n\nUnderstanding of GTM platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, and how these systems integrate with Salesforce.\n\nHands-on experience using AI tools and a strong interest in building AI-powered workflows and agents.\n\nStrong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and integration issues.\n\nStrong ownership of system reliability, data accuracy, and operational excellence.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and change-management skills.\n\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n\nSalesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.\n\nNice to Have\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.\n\nExperience building with LLMs, AI agents, or automation frameworks.\n\nExperience with Agentforce, MCP, Zapier, Workato, n8n, Python, or JavaScript.\n\nExperience designing AI-driven GTM or revenue operations workflows.\n\nWhy This Role?\nThis is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI and automation transform Findem's GTM organization.
