Governance, Risk and Security) to aid in moving projects and programs forward as needed.\n\n- Ability to understand the strategic initiatives of the business partner and act as an advocate for their technology initiatives as it relates to the long-term prospects for the firm as a whole.\n\nPreferred Qualification:\n\n- An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech plus MBA.\n\n- 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.\n\n- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, and executing multiple medium-scale projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and consultants with the ability to manage one to three medium risk projects concurrently, including multi-phase, multi-track projects.\n\n- Project management/Agile experience that includes application development, package implementation, infrastructure and IT transformation projects.\n\n- Comfortable working within an existing IT project governance framework.\n\n- Well versed in Microsoft Office suite of applications and experience with using project planning tools, ex.
