If you think like a marketer, create like a storyteller and treat AI as the default way of working, this is your chance to run your own content studio inside a national firm.\nYour role, your contribution!\nPlan and produce short-form social video, long-form storytelling and campaign content that connects directly to Findex's priorities and performs in market.\n\nManage posting, scheduling, thumbnails, captions and metadata across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and short-form platforms, and help shape format, cadence and content mix.\n\nCreate long-form video that brings our brand story to life, from thought leadership and client stories to category-leading content.\n\nTurn campaign and product launch briefs into content that builds awareness and drives demand, working closely with campaign owners.\n\nRun a one-person, AI-powered content studio, building and evolving automations across editing, captioning, repurposing, copywriting and scheduling.\n\nMonitor content and channel performance, and feed insights back into the content calendar, format choices and creative direction.\n\nThe benefits of joining us!\nFlexible working arrangements, with the freedom to be based anywhere in Australia.\n\nReal ownership of your craft and the chance to shape how AI is used in content across the firm.\n\nStructured learning and development opportunities to keep your skills at the leading edge.\n\nA clear career progression pathway within a national firm.\n\nAn inclusive, collaborative team culture, with access to our national network of professionals.\n\nMeaningful community impact through the Findex Community Fund.\n\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nProven experience in content, video and social production, ideally in a corporate, in-house or small-team setting.\n\nA strong portfolio across short-form social video, long-form storytelling and campaign content.\n\nHands-on, power-user experience with AI tools across editing, captioning, repurposing, copywriting and scheduling in a commercial setting.\n\nStrong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, plus working knowledge of motion graphics, audio capture and on-set production.\n\nExperience managing content on LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and short-form platforms, and comfort reading performance analytics.\n\nA tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Film or Media Production, Journalism or a related field is desirable, or equivalent practical experience and portfolio.\n\nA self-directed, commercially minded and inquisitive outlook, with confidence directing on-camera talent including senior executives.
