Whether you are a recent graduate with a strong portfolio or an experienced designer ready to step up, the scope of this role will flex to you.\nYour role, your contribution!\nDesign and produce digital and print materials that express the refreshed Findex brand with consistency and flair across our multi-brand portfolio.\n\nContribute to a new offline brand activation, taking concepts through to production-ready artwork for signage, event and experiential material, and merchandise, and working with suppliers to deliver on time.\n\nUse AI as your default way of working across ideation, image generation, resizing and production, and build repeatable workflows that lift output without lowering the quality bar.\n\nTypeset and design tenders, large documents, PDSs, pitches, brochures, advertisements, social assets and PowerPoint presentations to a high standard and to deadline.\n\nApply the brand guidelines with a keen eye, and help build the templates and systems that make it easy for the wider business to stay on brand.\n\nTrack how your designs perform across campaigns, channels and the activation, and use what you learn to sharpen future creative.\n\nThe benefits of joining us!\nA rare chance to work on a brand refresh as it launches, with a high-profile offline activation to build your portfolio.\n\nThe scope of the role flexes to you, with mentoring for early-career designers or creative leadership opportunities for experienced designers.\n\nWork with the newest AI tools and help shape how AI is used in design across the team.\n\nFlexible working, in the office or remotely, with the choice of location across Australia.\n\nCollaborate with specialists across campaigns, content and digital in a national firm.\n\nAn inclusive, collaborative team culture, with meaningful community impact through the Findex Community Fund.\n\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nA portfolio that shows strong design fundamentals and a genuine eye for brand across digital and print; professional, internship, freelance, university or personal projects are all welcome.\n\nWorking knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong typography and typesetting skills.\n\nPractical experience using AI tools in your design process, and a genuine passion for using them well.\n\nAn understanding of how to prepare artwork for digital and print, including working with printers and suppliers, and comfort building and editing PowerPoint presentations.\n\nExceptional attention to detail, strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.\n\nStrong communication skills, a collaborative approach and an inquisitive, commercially minded outlook.\n\nA diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field is desirable, or equivalent practical experience and portfolio.\n\nIf this role sounds like a good fit - Apply now!\nOur Impact: Why Findex?\nAt Findex, we help clients manage, grow, and protect their financial future with confidence.
