Powered by our proprietary technology that enables people to find the resources available in their area, we have helped millions of Seekers find food, health, housing and employment programs.\nJob Overview:\nThe Senior Manager of the Business Solutions Architecture Team plays a critical leadership role in aligning business analysis efforts with Findhelp’s strategic objectives. This position is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts and Business Solutions Architects, providing direction, mentorship, and oversight to ensure high-quality execution of features, enhancements, and other R&D initiatives. With a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration, the Senior Manager drives efficiency, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nLead and mentor the Business Analysts and Business Solutions Architects, fostering professional growth and best practices across the entire product development lifecycle. \nPartner with R&D Leadership to define, document, and communicate roadmaps that align with strategic objectives, market trends, and business priorities.\nOversee multiple complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality across initiatives that span multiple teams.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Curation and other teams to align customer and organizational needs to the product roadmap. \nEnsure the Business Analyst and Business Solutions Architects team effectively supports R&D teams in the planning and execution of features, enhancements, and bug fixes. \nStandardize the process in which the team delivers features. \nEstablish metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of the Business Analyst & Architect team and continuously refine practices.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field\n2+ years of people management experience\nExperience managing complex product areas with multiple stakeholders, systems, and operational dependencies.\nExperience mentoring and technical roles in a hybrid work environment\nStrong verbal and written communications skills needed to articulate complex, strategic and technical thoughts and ideas effectively to multiple audiences, as well as to listen for meaning and understanding.\nDemonstrated experience using modern AI tools to optimize daily tasks, accelerate problem-solving, and scale project impact.\nSelf -directed and analytical, with experience using data to identify opportunities, prioritize work, and measure success\nExperience with non-profits, health care or social care organizations preferred\nWe value being together: We believe being together enables stronger relationships, collaboration, and culture.\nThis position is in office and candidates must be located in Austin, Texas or Madison, Wisconsin.\nPerks at Findhelp\n401k & equity grants\nFree food and onsite gym at our Austin HQ \nPaid parental leave\nCompetitive PTO & 10 paid holidays\nComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with 100% company-paid coverage for employee only coverage\nDog-friendly office in Austin HQ\n24/7 access to telemedicine and counseling\nBook Purchasing Program\nWe’re building a diverse, inclusive team\nYou’re welcome here.
