Main tasks

Develop, maintain and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
Design and implement system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, supporting reliable data and process flows
Develop process automation and self-service solutions to improve application support and operational efficiency
Drive automation initiatives for application support, deployments, monitoring and alerting
Develop ServiceNow enhancements and custom solutions according to technical and business requirements
Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases and deployment activities
Coordinate releases across technical and business teams, ensuring deployment readiness and smooth implementation
Develop support tools, reports and technical documentation to improve operational processes and knowledge sharing
Troubleshoot complex L3 issues and collaborate with offshore, onsite, IT and business teams to resolve technical problems

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT, with strong experience in ServiceNow development and technical analysis
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM
Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture in multi-module environments
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Strong JavaScript skills and experience with Python, SQL and XML
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID and LDAP integrations
Experience with PowerShell and automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience with release coordination, deployments and application support
Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices

Nice to have

Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with AWS EKS or Azure AKS
Experience with development tools and code repositories
ServiceNow certification
ITIL certification or advanced ITIL knowledge
Knowledge of French

Other requirements

Fluent in English
Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
Customer focus and service delivery;
Availability to work in EU.
