Google AppSheet or Microsoft Power Apps).\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDeliver exceptional onsite and remote technical support to clients.\n\nDiagnose and resolve complex IT problems across Google, Microsoft, Zoom and other services.\n\nCollaborate effectively with internal teams, client contacts, and vendors.\n\nMaintain a strong understanding of Google Cloud services such as Google Workspace and GCP (Google Cloud Platform).\n\nBonus Points\n\nExperience with RMM tools like ManageEngine or NinjaOne.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
