To continue delivering to this vision around the world we are looking for a driven Account Manager.\nAbout the role\nWe are seeking a driven and customer-centric Account Manager to join our team and focus on the North America market. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for servicing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with our existing accounts, while also contributing to our business development efforts within the region.\nThis is a hands-on customer facing role which will require a customer obsessed individual to both advocate internally for their accounts but also drive financial achievement as the footprint of accounts grows within North America.\nThis is a fully remote role, with around 20% travel time.\nAbout you\nIdeally your experience and background will align with the majority of the following:\n3+ years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within a B2B environment.\nProven track record of exceeding customer service expectations and building strong relationships.\nStrong understanding of business landscape and industry best practices.\nExperience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry\nFamiliarity with navigating franchise chainstore structures\nProficiency in ERP & CRM software, as well as MS Office/Google Suite\nStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively\nWell-developed prospecting and closing skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.\nA bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field\nThis is an exciting time join the Fingermark team.
