We were named on on the 2026 Forbes Best Startup Employers list and ranked #803 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. \nWe have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures (Tesla,Facebook, Airbnb), Nexus Venture Partners ( Postman, Apollo.io, MinIO, Druva) and Uncorrelated Ventures ( Redis,Rollbar, Gradle).\nLocation Preference: Remote, Anywhere in the US\nAbout the Role:\nFingerprint is looking for an FP&A Manager to support financial and strategic operations behind a company that is scaling fast and selling to some of the largest consumer platforms in the world.\nResponsibilities: \nOwn and continuously improve the consolidated corporate model in our FP&A tool Abacum - three-statement P&L, cash, headcount planning, non-personnel spend, SaaS metrics\nRun our annual budget cycle and distribute monthly budget review decks with our FP&A tool Abacum\nPartner directly with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders as their strategic counterparts, providing insights and reporting\nBuild the board reporting packages\nOwn the SaaS metrics layer end to end - ARR bridge, gross and net revenue retention, cohort and expansion analysis, CAC payback, magic number, pipeline-to-revenue conversion, and sales capacity modeling\nHead procurement with Tropic partner, managing the usage and spend complexities of our largest vendor contracts \nHandle Revenue commissions process from plan implementation to commission payment\nProvide strategic analysis on key operational questions: pricing scenarios, segment profitability, etc.\nQualifications: \n6-10 years of progressive finance experience, with real depth in modeling and forecasting\nAt least one stint at a startup or high-growth company (Experience at a company in the 100-1,000 person range preferred)\nDirect experience with SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue mechanics: ARR bridges, retention, cohorts, and how a booking becomes revenue becomes cash\nEnjoys problem solving with business partners\nDetail-oriented, strong accountability to quality of work and deadlines\nPassion for efficiency via process, systems and AI\nModeling and software craft that holds up to inspection: clean structure and auditable logic\nComfort with SQL, a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau) or Claude\nComfortable working fully remotely and proficiency with macOS using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite and FP&A Tool\nStrong written communication \nValue add Claude user\nWants to grow and learn to advance their career to senior leadership\nStrong preference for investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate development early in your career - the environments that force pace, precision, and the habit of defending your work\nExposure to a fundraise, audit, or diligence process from the company side highly preferred\nBonus: Systems implementation experience - an ERP migration, a planning tool rollout, or building the data pipeline that made reporting possible\nCompensation & Transparency\nAt Fingerprint, we believe in pay transparency - it's part of how we operate as a distributed, remote-first team. Salaries are based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. \nBecause this role is open across the United States and can be based anywhere our team members work from, the salary range reflects that geographic breadth: $118,000 - $160,000.\nSome example salaries for specific locations are below:\nNew York City: $139,000 - $160,000\nChicago: $118,000 - $136,000\nFinal offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including the successful candidate's location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.\nDue to regulatory and security reasons, there’s a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based.
