This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of marketing, revenue operations, data, automation, and AI.\nYou’ll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations to design scalable growth infrastructure, improve data quality, automate workflows, and build the connective tissue between our GTM systems. You should be equally comfortable thinking strategically about pipeline generation and rolling up your sleeves inside HubSpot, Clay, APIs, spreadsheets, and AI tooling.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thinks like a systems builder, operates with an owner mentality, and wants to redefine how modern fintech companies run go-to-market.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nBuild GTM Infrastructure\nRebuild and optimize core GTM systems and workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships that support pipeline generation and customer expansion\nOwn HubSpot architecture, automation, attribution, enrichment, routing, and reporting\nDesign scalable lead lifecycle infrastructure and source classification systems\nCreate and maintain reliable GTM data pipelines across paid ads, CRM, product, and third-party tools\nBuild API integrations between internal systems and external vendors\nOperationalize AI Across GTM\nDeploy AI-native workflows and agents across prospecting, enrichment, routing, qualification, and campaign operations\nBuild systems leveraging tools like Claude, Clay, OpenAI, and workflow orchestration platforms\nDevelop anomaly detection, QA checks, and automated reporting for GTM data integrity\nIdentify repetitive operational workflows and automate them end-to-end\nPartner Cross-Functionally\nWork closely with Marketing to improve campaign measurement, attribution, and funnel visibility\nPartner with Sales and Partnerships to improve lead quality, routing, enrichment, and outbound infrastructure\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering on product-led growth signals and internal tooling\nDocument systems, processes, and operational best practices across the GTM organization\nAreas of Ownership\nHubSpot rebuild + administration\nAttribution modeling\nLead/source classification\nWorkflow automation (HubSpot + AI)\nAds data pipelines\nCRM enrichment + deduplication\nGTM reporting infrastructure\nAPI integrations\nAI-powered prospecting workflows\nData quality monitoring + anomaly detection\nRevenue systems documentation\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of demonstrated experience in RevOps, Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Engineering, or related operational roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.\n2+ years of engineering experience.\nStrong systems thinking and technical curiosity to solve complex business problems with scalable solutions\nExpert-level, hands-on experience with HubSpot in a fast-paced environment building and maintaining workflows, audience segments, API connectors and error handling.\nProficient with AI-native GTM tooling (e.g, Claude, OpenAI, Zapier, , etc), agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, or similar) for building multi-step AI workflows and data enrichment tools (e.g. Apollo, 6Sense or similar)\nComfortable working with APIs, automation tooling, spreadsheets, and low-code workflows\nExperience building reporting and attribution systems across advertising solutions including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, 6Senses\nStrong analytical skills and attention to operational detail\nExcellent verbal and written communication and process documentation skills to clearly articulate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nBias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity\nNice to Have\nExperience in fintech, payments, or infrastructure companies\nFamiliarity with warehouse tooling like Snowflake or BigQuery\nExperience supporting outbound and PLG motions simultaneously\nWhy Finix\nFinix is reimagining payments infrastructure from the ground up.
