This leader will own the outbound motion, cold calling, email, and multi-channel outreach, and build a high-performing team that generates pipeline and closes new business. You'll have the opportunity to define the strategy, hire your team, and build the playbook, with meaningful autonomy to shape how outbound works at Finix.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who has built outbound engines before, knows how to drive activity and pipeline predictability, and is energized by a zero-to-one build.\nYou Will:\nBuild and lead Finix's outbound sales team, starting with hiring and developing a team of Account Executives focused on the outbound motion\nDefine and execute the outbound strategy across cold calling, email, and multi-channel outreach to generate qualified pipeline.\nDrive pipeline growth, deal management, and forecasting to create revenue predictability.\nDevelop the outbound playbook, cadences, and best practices, and continuously refine based on performance data.\nDevelop customer insights from quantitative and qualitative inputs to better segment and target prospects.\nManage a budget and optimize weekly, monthly, and quarterly against key metrics.\nWork collaboratively with marketing, product, customer delivery, and other functions to deliver on company goals.\nYou are:\nA data-driven leader with a test-and-learn approach to building and optimizing outbound motions.\nExperienced in building outbound engines and driving activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics.\nAble to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of independence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nA strong communicator who can execute strategy-based, data-supported recommendations.\nA team player with a desire to jump in and get your hands dirty as needed.\nYou Have:\n6+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or payments, with deep knowledge of the outbound motion.\n2+ years in a sales leadership role, building and managing outbound or inside sales teams, with a track record of recruiting, retaining, and motivating talent.\nDemonstrated success in building and scaling an outbound sales function.\nStrong analytic mindset and the ability to communicate and execute data-supported strategy.\nOutstanding verbal, written, presentation, and influencing skills, including experience with senior leadership.\nStrong project management skills, detail orientation and interpersonal
