You'll manage our presence across social media and our community channels, and bring that community to life through executive dinners, meetups, conferences, and field marketing activations that deepen relationships with our most important customers.\nThis role sits at the intersection of always-on community engagement and high-touch, in-person relationship building. You'll need to be comfortable with both a content calendar and a guest list.\nYour Team:\nYou'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales and leadership on executive dinners and VIP customer events, with Creative & Design on event and campaign assets, and with Organic on turning customer stories into case studies and testimonials.\nWhat you'll do:\nCreate, curate, and manage content that's relevant, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice across social and community channels\nPlan and execute in-person and virtual events (executive dinners, meetups, conferences, and field marketing activations) owning logistics end-to-end: venue, guest lists, vendors, budget, and on-site execution\nCurate guest lists and manage invitations for executive dinners and VIP customer events, working closely with Sales and leadership\nRepresent Finix at events to build relationships and visibility\nRespond to comments, direct messages, and community queries in a timely, professional way, and foster a positive, inclusive community\nIdentify and cultivate relationships with key customers, power users, and advocates who can fuel referrals, testimonials, and word-of-mouth growth\nDevelop and enforce community guidelines, and monitor conversations to manage PR-sensitive situations\nMeasure event ROI and attendee feedback, and track community engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement\nGather customer feedback and community insights and report trends to Product and Marketing\nWhat you bring:\n5+ years in community management, field marketing, or event marketing, ideally in B2B\nProven experience planning and executing in-person events end-to-end, from intimate executive dinners to larger activations\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with high emotional intelligence\nProficiency with social media management platforms, analytics dashboards, and basic design or video tools\nComfort managing budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent events without dropping details\nWhat would make us excited:\nExperience in fintech, payments, or at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company\nAn existing network within the
