You will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact financial and strategic topics.\nThis is an opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping how a scaling fintech operates financially.\nIn this role, you will\nAnalyze key drivers of the business and support strategic decision-making with rigorous financial analysis.\n\nDrive complex, cross-functional projects involving Capital Markets, Finance, Product, and Tech.\n\nSupport financing transactions, ongoing investor communication, and reporting.\n\nOwn and continuously improve forecasting models and performance tracking processes.\n\nHelp design and implement financial and operational processes as the company scales.\n\nPrepare high-quality internal and external reporting, including Board materials.\n\nProvide ad hoc analysis to support leadership and operational decision-making.\n\nWhat you’ll need to rock this\n2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or top-tier management consulting\n\nIntellectually curious, fast-learning, and thrive on solving complex problems\n\nYou are hands-on and action-oriented; you’re not afraid to build slides one hour and join a client call the next\n\nComfort operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities\n\nStrong analytical and financial modelling skills with a high bar for quality and precision\n\nA structured way of thinking combined with the ability to translate analysis into action\n\nThe resilience to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting\n\nClear, concise communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders\n\nFluency in English; German is a plus\n\nHave a bias for ownership; you treat the business like it's your own\n\nGrowth path\nAt finmid, growth follows ownership and impact rather than a fixed path.
