More about who we are and what we do here.\nAbout the opportunity\nAs a Strategy & Operations Intern at finmid, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and supporting our revenue-driving efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will tackle operational challenges, improve internal workflows, and contribute to projects that shape our customer experience and accelerate finmid's growth. This internship intends to equip you with the skills necessary for a successful full-time role at finmid, and we will extend job offers to return full-time for the best performers.\nIn this role, you will:\nCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.\n\nAssist in customer onboarding, conducting business reviews, and improving operational processes under the guidance of the Business Ops Manager.\n\nConduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and process improvements.\n\nSupport the optimization of operational workflows to enable scalable growth.\n\nIdentify challenges and propose actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.\n\nBuild foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project coordination.\n\nWhat you need to be successful:\nBackground:\nYou have a Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.\n\nIdeally, you have already gained experience in operations, customer service, or a related area.\n\nSkills:\nYou have excellent English language skills\n\nYou possess exceptional analytical skills and have experience with data analysis tools\n\nTraits:\nYou are available to work for 6 months, as a full-time intern (40h/week)\n\nYou are analytical and enjoy structuring abstract problems into actionable recommendations\n\nYou are a fast learner and work well within a fast-paced work environment\n\nYou actively help yourself (and others) to be successful\n\nYou give and receive open, direct, and timely feedback\n\nBenefits\nFlexible, distributed-first work culture (with a beautiful office in Berlin if you prefer in-person)\n\nAccess to WeWork offices worldwide\n\nRegular team off-sites across the EU\n\n30 vacation days per year\nWe're looking for people with passion, grit and integrity.
