We are now looking for a
MANAGER, INVESTOR RELATIONS
to join our team!
The Manager, Investor Relations supports the IR Director in preparing financial communications, including earnings releases, annual reports, stock exchange releases, and investor presentations. The role also coordinates conference calls and investor meetings,assistsin responding to analysts and shareholder inquiries, and helps ensure a clear andaccurateunderstanding of Finnair’s financial performance and strategy to support fair valuation of the company.
Main responsibilitiesinclude, for example:
Day-to-day IR tasks.
Drafting interim and annual reports.
Drafting process of regulated releases (stock exchange releases andinvestor news) according to marketregulations.
Interaction with private investors
Acting as acontact point withinstitutional investors and analysts.
Our expectations:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably ina listed company.
Bachelor’s or master’sdegree from a relevant fieldor equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of the financial markets and regulations for exchange listedcompanies.
Possessing analytical skills with the ability to interpret and assess financial statements and related datais an advantage.
High levelof accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work.
Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent cross-functional communication andteam workingskills.
Fluent Finnish and Englishlanguage skills, both spoken and written.
