You’ll work one-on-one with a child in the comfort of their own home, helping them learn life skills through the power of play.\nWhat your day might look like:\nBeing a Play Partner: Using a child’s favorite toys or games to help them learn to communicate and socialize.\n\nBuilding Independence: Helping a child master daily routines that make a big difference for their family.\n\nCheering Progress: Keeping track of how they’re doing so we can celebrate every milestone together.\n\nLearning Together: You’ll have a supportive mentor (our BCBA) right by your side to guide you.\n\nWho You Are\nYou are a compassionate person with a big heart and the right foundation to hit the ground running.\nThe Training: You have already completed your 40-hour RBT training course.
