In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.\nAbout Us - KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health Company\nKB Behavioral Health partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy. Together, we are redefining how autism care is delivered-one child at a time.\nSchedule\nMonday - Friday: Full-time (In-home)\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home\n\nFollow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA\n\nCollect and record data on client progress and behaviors\n\nParticipate in supervision sessions with a BCBA\n\nAttend required team meetings and training sessions\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive hourly pay: $20-$25/hour\n\nTraining and support to obtain RBT certification\n\nCareer growth opportunities within the ABA field\n\nPTO and sick time (part-time accrual)\n\nMileage reimbursement\n\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees)\n\nWhat You'll Need\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nExperience working with children\n\nPassion for supporting children with special needs\n\nReliable transportation\n\nActive CPR certification (Required)\n\nRBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\n\nAbility to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods\n\nComfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children\n\nApplication Questions\nAre you located within a 45-minute commute of Camden, TN?\n\nLicense/Certification\nCPR Certification (Preferred)\n\nRBT Certification (Preferred)\n\nBackground Check\nAll candidates must pass a background check.
