What You Will Be Doing:
The RCM Claim Status Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining up to date claim adjudication statuses from payers.
Key Responsibilities
Pending Claims Resolution: Obtain claim status from payer portals for pending claims in the billing system
Pending A/R Resolution: Determine payment amount for pending claims
Additional Responsibilities: Adapt and take on evolving responsibilities and projects as Finni Health grows and the RCM landscape changes.
About You:
You are a proactive and collaborative individual contributor with a strong background in revenue cycle management, driven by a commitment to operational excellence and financial performance.
1-3 years of experience working at a healthcare organization or behavioral health setting
Experience navigating payer portals such as Availity
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency working with spreadsheets
Google suite and Slack
