This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.\nAbout the Role\nAs an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision\n\nCollect and record accurate session data\n\nSupport skill development and behavior-reduction goals\n\nMaintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families\n\nParticipate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education\n\nQualifications\nCurrent RBT Certification (Preferred)\n\nPrevious experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)\n\nExperience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)\n\nUnderstanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)\n\nExperience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)\n\nA background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)\n\nWhat We Offer\nSupervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification\n\nConsistent daytime schedule (Monday-Friday)\n\nCareer growth opportunities within a supportive organization\n\nOngoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs\n\nCompany-provided iPad\n\nBackground Check\nAll candidates must pass a background check.
