with proven experience leading complex engineering efforts to delivery while keeping the team healthy.\nExperience setting technical strategy for an organization and driving the technical transformation needed across teams.\nDemonstrated track record of coaching, mentoring, and growing engineers and leaders across multiple levels.\nExperience cultivating a strong engineering culture in an iterative, agile, and rapid-growth environment.\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical constraints and opportunities to non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong critical thinking under pressure, with the ability to spot the biggest pain points in a system or product and propose solutions with clear deliverables and milestones.\nSelf-motivated, naturally curious, and passionate about teamwork, with a love for developing great people, not just great
