emphasis on high growth.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee and lead 3 key functions:People & HR, IT Infrastructure, and Procurement, ensuring effective operations and alignment with business objectives.\nOwn people operations processes including performance review cycles, compensation reviews & planning, benefits, legal & regulatory compliance as it relates to employment.\nDevelop and execute learning and development initiatives to drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset.\nInitiate, develop and implement recruitment & selection strategies and programs to ensure a qualified talent pool.\nPlan and lead staff activities to strengthen employee relations across the company and subsidiaries.\nServe as a champion for company culture and core values across the organization.\nDevelop and oversee programs to drive employee engagement and happiness.\nBe a trusted advisor to the Leadership Team, holding managers to a high-quality people management standard, including compliance and regulation bodies.\nPrepare and present key people matters to the Board of Directors (BOD) and assigned to be a Secretary of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), including workforce planning, organizational structure, executive appointments, compensation, performance, succession planning, and other people-related matters.\nCoordinate and support BOD and NRC meetings on people-related agenda items, including preparation of proposals, supporting documents, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n10+ years of HR / People experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.\nStrong experience across key HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, L&D, employee engagement, and HR operations.\nStrong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.\nExperience in organizational development, culture building, and change management in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience overseeing IT Infrastructure and/or Procurement is an advantage.\nStrategic yet hands-on, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAI-driven in the HR field and willing to invent and innovate new HR tools, systems, and related
