technologies, tools, and engineering practices to improve individual and team effectiveness.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nprofessional software development experience.\nSolid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, basic system design, and testing.\nProficiency in at least one core programming language (e.g. Golang, TypeScript, Python).\nExperience contributing to production codebases and shipping features to users.\nFamiliarity with version control, code review processes, and CI/CD workflows.\nAbility to communicate clearly and work effectively within a cross-functional team.\nGrowth mindset with a willingness to take feedback and improve continuously.\nNice to Have (GenAI Experience)\nExperience using AI or GenAI APIs to enhance product features.\nFamiliarity with LLM concepts such as prompting, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).\nExposure to AI-enabled automation, chatbots, or intelligent product
