You will be working in an international team to develop our online gaming platforms and solution. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our frontend product as well as writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code and conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. Technologies used in the team are HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Node JS, React and MobX. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 4500€-5000€/month gross.\nYOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:\nDesign, implement, and maintain frontend features and user interfaces under established architecture and guidelines\n\nTranslate UI/UX designs and product requirements into clean, functional, and reusable frontend components\n\nWrite well-structured, efficient, and testable code following frontend best practices\n\nPerform software analysis, development, testing, debugging, and basic performance optimization\n\nCollaborate with product owners, designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end features\n\nParticipate actively in code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback\n\nEnsure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and basic accessibility standards\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of frontend code quality, tooling, and workflows\n\nIN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF MUST-HAVES:\nRelevant bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development, with strong hands-on experience in React.js.\n\nPractical experience in developing and maintaining web-based applications\n\nSolid knowledge of HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript\n\nExperience with some of the state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil, MobX, etc.) is a priority\n\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services\n\nBasic experience with Node.js and common frontend tooling (package managers, bundlers, linters)\n\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail\n\nExperience writing unit tests and working with frontend testing tools\n\nExperience working in an Agile environment using Scrum\n\nA positive, can-do and responsible attitude\n\nGood communication skills in English\n\nOpen minded and adaptable to changes\n\nWHY FINNPLAY?\nFinnplay offers a very international work environment being the leading provider of platform technology in the Nordics.
