As a Project Manager, you will be leading a project team and responsible together with your team for delivering Finnplay’s platform and services to our clients. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 4200-4500€/month gross.\nYOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:\nSupport the team to ensure aligned priorities and successful, on-time delivery of shared goals.\n\nGather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements; support estimation and ensure clear documentation to enable effective implementation.\n\nPlan and coordinate client frontend development activities, ensuring proper version control, release planning, and quality standards.\n\nOversee test planning and execution, manage test scope and resources, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.\n\nSupporting audits and assisting the Compliance team by providing the scope of latest changes.\n\nPlan and supervise releases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth deployments and audit readiness.\n\nMonitor, prioritize, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.\n\nIN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF MUST-HAVES:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant experience. \n\nExperience in project management role in the Software industry.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. \n\nStrong experience with requirement gathering and analyzing.\n\nAbility to problem-solve, adapt to changing environments, and handle project challenges effectively. \n\nExcellent communication skills in English. \n\nExperience with leading a software development team.\n\n TO TRULY EXCEL IN THE ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE NICE-TO-HAVES:\nWorking experience in the iGaming industry.\n\nFinnish language skills would be a big plus.\n\nWHY FINNPLAY?\nFinnplay offers a very international work environment being the leading provider of platform technology in the Nordics.
