You will help build lightweight workflows, research agents, and n8n automations that make lead discovery, enrichment, account research, sales preparation, and CRM updates faster and more scalable.\nIn this role, you will:\nDiscover and map our ICPResearch target companies, customer segments, use cases, and buying signals to help sharpen Finoa’s ideal customer profile.\n\nBuild and enrich outbound lead listsIdentify relevant prospects, decision-makers, company data, funding signals, product usage, jurisdictional setup, and other useful qualification data.\n\nSupport outbound sales executionHelp prepare targeted outreach lists, account briefs, prospect notes, and sales materials for the commercial team.\n\nPrepare and join sales callsSupport pre-call research, join selected customer calls, capture notes, identify next steps, and help turn call insights into structured follow-up.\n\nOwn CRM hygiene and reportingKeep CRM records accurate, update deal and account information, track outreach activity, and help improve sales team visibility.\n\nBuild AI and automation workflowsUse tools such as n8n, LLMs, research agents, and automation platforms to help increase department output, reduce manual work, and make repeatable sales processes more scalable.\n\nTurn market signals into GTM insightsShare patterns from outbound research, such as emerging customer segments, new use cases, competitor mentions, and common objections.\n\nWhat you need to be successful:\nYou are curious, proactive, and eager to learn about fintech, crypto, institutional finance, and B2B sales.\n\nYou enjoy research and can turn scattered information into clear, useful insights.\n\nYou are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research tools.\n\nYou communicate clearly and can summarize company, market, and customer information in a practical way.\n\nYou are comfortable joining sales calls, taking notes, and supporting follow-up.\n\nYou are excited by AI-native ways of working and are eager to experiment with the latest tools, workflows, prompts, and automation techniques to increase output and improve quality.\n\nYou are fluent in English.\n\nPrior experience in sales, business development, consulting, research, fintech, crypto, AI tools, or workflow automation is a plus, but not required.\n\nWhat’s in it for you:\nYou will get hands-on exposure to institutional sales, outbound strategy, and go-to-market execution.\n\nYou will work closely with experienced commercial team members and learn how customer conversations turn into pipeline.\n\nYou will contribute directly to Finoa’s growth by helping identify and qualify future customers.\n\nYou will build practical skills in market research, CRM management, customer discovery, sales operations, AI tooling, and automation.\n\nYou will gain experience in a fast-moving fintech company operating at the intersection of digital assets and institutional finance.\n\nDiversity & Inclusion:\nFinoa is an equal opportunity employer devoted to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
