If you are excited by fintech, digital assets, AI, and the future of institutional finance, we would\nlove to hear from you.\nYour mission:\nAs a Staking Operations Intern, you will support the staking operations team in running and growing our validator and staking infrastructure business. You will help track staking rewards, reconcile operational data across multiple blockchain networks, support reporting workflows, and maintain operational processes that keep the staking business running accurately and at scale. A key part of this role will be using AI tools to reduce manual work and improve the accuracy and speed of operations workflows. You will help build lightweight automations, data pipelines, and reporting tools that make our staking operations more scalable.In this role, you will:\nMonitor and reconcile staking rewards: Track, reconcile, and report on staking rewards across multiple Proof-of-Stake networks. Ensure data is accurate, complete, and reconciled against on-chain records.\n\nSupport operations and accounting workflows: Support monthly and quarterly operational close activities including reporting outputs for internal and external stakeholders.\n\nMaintain staking operations processes: Help maintain and improve operational processes that underpin the staking business, including validator management, reward tracking, and reporting.\n\nBuild AI and automation workflows: Use AI tools and automation platforms to reduce manual data handling, build repeatable reporting workflows, and improve the speed and accuracy of operations tasks.\n\nRun data and performance analysis: Support ad hoc data analysis on staking rewards, network performance, protocol economics, and operational metrics to help inform business and product decisions.\n\nWhat you need to be successful:\nYou have a basic understanding of crypto and blockchain, particularly Proof-of-Stake networks, validators, and staking mechanics. You do not need to be an expert, but you need to be genuinely interested and able to get up to speed quickly.\n\nYou have a foundation in accounting, operations, or a related field, whether through studies, prior work experience, or personal projects. You are comfortable working with operational data, spreadsheets, and reconciliation tasks.\n\nYou are excited by AI-native ways of working and eager to experiment with tools, prompts, workflows, and automation techniques to increase output and improve accuracy.\n\nYou are structured, detail-oriented, and take data quality seriously. You spot errors and inconsistencies, and you fix them.\n\nYou are comfortable with ambiguity and can prioritise effectively when multiple tasks are competing for your attention.\n\nYou communicate clearly and can summarise complex operational information in a concise, practical way.\n\nYou are fluent in English.
