doing\n Identity, Access and System Administration\nIdentity & Access Management (IAM): Administer and maintain the core Identity Provider (JumpCloud), ensuring seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) and access governance across all corporate applications.\nProvisioning & Lifecycle: Manage the complete employee IT lifecycle, including automated onboarding (account creation, equipment setup) and offboarding (data archival, access revocation) for employees through JumpCloud, Google Workspace, Torii.\nApplication Administration: Perform full backend management of critical internal platforms, including the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Slack, and Notion.\nJira Cloud Administration: Implement and optimize the IT Service Management (ITSM) system, including creating projects, configuring complex workflows, developing request types, and building automations to streamline internal processes.\n Endpoint Management and Security\nUnified Endpoint Management (UEM): Implement, configure, and maintain device policies across all corporate endpoints (Windows, macOS) using JumpCloud.\nSoftware Deployment: Install, update, and remotely deploy software across the user base, utilizing automation and scripting to minimize manual intervention.\nSecurity & Compliance: Actively support security initiatives, enforcing \"Least Privilege\" principles and assisting with audit readiness and compliance efforts (DORA, ISO 27001, SOC2).\nAccess Governance: Utilize tools like Torii to monitor SaaS application usage and access risks, ensuring compliance with established security policies.\n IT Operations and Infrastructure\nHigh-Value Support: Serve as the escalation point for technical issues, performing deep-dive troubleshooting for hardware, software, network connectivity, and application problems.\nAsset Management & Logistics: Own the process for IT equipment procurement, inventory tracking, and hardware logistics, ensuring accurate asset records and efficient allocation.\nProactive Improvement: Identify ticket trends and root causes, collaborating with other teams to develop solutions and automations that eliminate recurring incidents (\"Automation First\" mentality).\nWho you are:\n5+ years of experience in an IT Support or Systems Administration role.\nExpertise in administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS.\nStrong practical experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) using JumpCloud or a similar Identity Provider for SSO, SCIM, and policy enforcement.\nHands-on experience configuring and managing endpoints via MDM (JumpCloud MDM, Intune, Jamf).\nExperience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.\nFamiliarity with ITSM platforms (preferably Jira Service Management).\n Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).\nNice to Have:\nExperience with scripting to automate IT administration tasks.\nFamiliarity with security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, DORA, SOC2).\nExperience working with SaaS governance tools (like Torii).\nPrior experience in a high-growth, modern infrastructure
