In just 4 years, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York-and we’re just getting started.\nIf you’re looking to build something big, solve real problems, and grow fast -we’d love to meet you.\nAbout the Role\nOur Creative & Marketing Design team produces everything from brand campaigns to the marketing assets that drive pipeline. We're hiring an AI Design Lead to redesign how that team works with AI, so it ships more and ships better. You'll report to the Head of Design. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, but you'll set the creative bar and run the team's weekly priorities.\nWe offer a competitive salary. The salary range will be around $100,000 - $150,000, annually.\nWhat you’ll do:\nFind the friction in the design workflow and rebuild it with AI, cutting production time without lowering quality.\n\nOwn the team's Gen-AI strategy, standardizing and scaling automated workflows in Figma Weave and similar tools.\n\nSet creative direction and review work across the team, together with the Head of Design.\n\nOwn the marketing design board: weekly prioritization, coordination, and clearing bottlenecks.\n\nBuild systems that scale output without adding headcount, such as templates, brand pipelines, reusable web components, and self-serve asset libraries.\n\nBe Marketing's main design partner, locking scope and timelines and keeping brand and product aligned on major launches.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n5+ years of design experience across brand, marketing, and digital.\n\nDeep hands-on experience with AI design workflows, including generative pipelines, prompting, and automation. Experience with node-based tools like Figma Weave (formerly Weavy) or ComfyUI is a strong plus.\n\nA portfolio that shows processes you rebuilt with AI and what changed as a result.\n\nExperience leading design work as a lead or principal, influencing through craft rather than formal management.\n\nTemplates, component libraries, or self-serve systems you built that other people actually use.\n\nExperience working directly with marketing teams and an understanding of how creative supports campaigns and pipeline.\n\nStrong Figma skills and range across motion, prototyping, and digital production.\n\nClear communication with stakeholders at every level.\n\nOur Values\nWe're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build-we’d love to meet you.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2881,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Cloud Cost & Multi-Cloud Management"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-11-03T17:29:59Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":60,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.602,"p_room":1,"age_days":1,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:2","stale_co","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-11-05T05:54:30Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":150000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/finout-ai-design-lead","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/finout-ai-design-lead.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-05T22:13:45Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2894,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-06T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":177998},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=177998"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Ffinout-ai-design-lead"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Ffinout-ai-design-lead"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Ffinout-ai-design-lead"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/finout-ai-design-lead\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Ffinout-ai-design-lead"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3693970}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"finout.io","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3693970},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
