Suitable for fresh graduates / final year
Available to work a minimum of 3 full days per week
Your role at Finoverse
Conduct research and analysis on current trends and developments in the fintech and froniter tech sector to ensure our content is relevant and insightful.
Assist with the planning and execution of various programs, including conferences, VIP events, global seminars, and business networking receptions with the assistant of AI tools.
Support the preparation and coordination of speaker and VIP invitations, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Handle logistical arrangements for VIPs and speakers, including scheduling conference briefings and managing travel arrangements (e.g., flight bookings).
Provide administrative support to the Content & Programme Team, including maintaining schedules, preparing materials, and updating databases.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop program ideas that attract and engage attendees.
Requirements
Who you are
Graduated in BA, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Willing to learn and deliver beyond what is expected
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Outgoing and enjoy meeting new people
Passionate about the technology and the Fintech industry
Abilities we are looking for
Basic knowledge of Innovation & Tech, or Financial Industry trends
Confident and with excellent communication and strong coordination skills
Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and manage multiple tasks
Excellent English and Chinese writing skills
