Finoverse\nResearch and analyze current financial market trends and up-to-date knowledge on FinTech, Web3, and AI\n\nResponsible for planning the speaking program for various events, including conferences, VIP gatherings, global seminars, and business networking receptions\n\nResponsible for planning and developing the FinTech conference agenda\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define the agenda that meets the event's goals\n\nResearch and identify potential speakers who align with the event’s theme\n\nCraft personalized speakers and VIPs invitations that communicate the event's purpose and the value of their participation\n\nMaintain a good relationship with Speakers and key stakeholders\n\nAttend industry events for rapport-building and networking purposes\n\nProvide support to other teams\n\nUndertaking such other duties as directed by the management\n\nRequirements\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree in Journalism, Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field\n\nOver 7 years of relevant experience in developing conference agendas at large-scale events is highly desirable\n\nMust have experience in inviting speakers and developing event agendas\n\nOutgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people and building industry networks\n\nPrevious experience working in startups or small teams\n\nFluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin\n\nProficient in business writing in both English and Chinese\n\nKnowledge of or interest in Web3, Technology, FinTech, and industry trends\n\nAbilities we are looking for\nOutstanding communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to engage new speakers and VIPs\n\nA confident and approachable individual who prioritizes the experiences of VIPs and speakers\n\nStrong analytical abilities\n\nDetail-oriented with excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively\n\nEager to learn and open to taking on new challenges\n\nA collaborative
