The objective for this position is maintain constant communication with current or potential customers in North America and Latin America via phone call, mail and sms performing customer service, sales and/or collections management depending on the assigned role.\nJob Description\nAttract potential customers by answering questions about products and services; suggesting information about other products and services.\nRespond to customer inquiries.\nProcess all eligible loans following compliance and guidelines.\nProvide information on all relevant offers.\nLoyalize customers who apply for a loan in order to convert them into “returning” customers and have them continue to apply for more loans.\nUpdate customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.\nWork with the management team to stay current on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.\nNegotiate payment with customers in case of late payments, providing information on offers and/or payment arrangements in case they are in Collections or request any discounts for full payment.\nSubmit credits for review prior to approval to be pre-validated by the Team Leader/Supervisor.\nTypify each interaction performed in the campaign systems (Call Management System and LMS).\nPerform a good post-sales management.\nEnsure transparency in the sale under the terms and conditions required by the company and by each campaign.\nCreate a pleasant experience for the customer at the end of each call.\nComply with the disciplinary rules and other regulations of the company. \nResponsible for the inventory of work tools under his/her responsibility.\nKeep the direct boss informed of any new developments.\nRequirements:\nMinimum high school diploma\nProficiency in the microsoft office suite\nProblem solving skills\nOutstanding communication on negociation skills\nAdaptation to flexible schedules\nAbility to maintain th highest level of confidentiality\nAssertive communication skills\nMinimim 6 months experience as a call center agent\nEperience in finance or loan processing/ sales a plus\nWhat we offer you:\nSite: Belmopan\nVirtual Training & support\n$7 BZ per hour (probation) then -
