We're hands-on operators who stay involved from the first conversation through onboarding and live processing.\nWe're hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of our sales pipeline. You'll identify merchants that need what we offer, start conversations with the right decision-makers, qualify opportunities properly, and book discovery calls that are genuinely worth taking. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Dubai.\nTasks\nBuild targeted prospect lists of prop firms, forex/CFD brokers, iGaming operators, and other relevant merchants by market, licence, business model, and payment setup\n\nRun outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp, supported by phone follow-ups\n\nIdentify and engage founders, CEOs, COOs, payments teams, and other relevant decision-makers\n\nQualify prospects against our acceptance criteria and uncover their current payment, banking, licensing, and operational challenges\n\nBook discovery calls for the partners and provide a clear, useful brief before every meeting\n\nWork inbound opportunities generated through paid campaigns, our website, referrals, and partner network\n\nSupport our presence at industry events through pre-event outreach, on-site meetings, and structured post-event follow-up\n\n• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date\nReport weekly on outreach activity, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline development\n\nRequirements\n1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or account management\n\nExperience in payments, fintech, brokerage, prop trading, or iGaming is a strong advantage\n\nAn understanding of card acquiring — including MDRs, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and trusted vs FTD traffic — or the ability to learn quickly\n\nExcellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write concise outreach that gets responses\n\n• Strong prospecting and research skills\nResilience and consistency — comfortable with outbound sales and disciplined about follow-ups\n\nOrganised, self-directed, and able to manage your own pipeline without being chased\n\nComfortable working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a CRM, and Excel or Google Sheets\n\nBased in Dubai (preferred) or anywhere within UTC+2 to UTC+6, able to work Gulf Standard Time business
