We always stay curious and open-minded.\n\nYour Role:\n\nAs a Support Engineer (Line 3), you’ll be responsible for investigating issues deeply within logs, databases, and backend processes, providing fixes, and supporting stable product operation across multiple markets.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing:\n\nAnalyzing issues based on logs, database data, and system processes\n\nInvestigating complex technical incidents escalated from Line 2 support\n\nProviding bug fixing for production issues\n\nCollaborating with developers to identify root causes and implement fixes\n\nWriting technical documentation for known issues and their resolution paths\n\nParticipating in post-mortem analysis to prevent recurring problems\n\nWho You Are:\n\nAnalytical and detail-oriented — you’re not afraid to dig deep into logs and code\n\nProactive and accountable — you don’t wait to be told what to do\n\nA strong team player — you can explain your ideas clearly and listen to others\n\nCurious and open to learning — you love solving puzzles and improving things\n\nYour Experience:\n\nBasic knowledge of Java or JavaScript\n\nUnderstanding of the software development life cycle\n\nExperience with
