independent decisions, and build high-level industry connections, this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding new banking and EMI partners according to diverse international corporate setups;\n\nStrategic Partnerships: Build, scale, and nurture long-term strategic relationships with Bank account providers and financial institutions;\n\nRevenue Acceleration: Drive referral pipelines by referring external corporate clients to bank partners, managing revenue-share agreements, and maximizing monthly payout yields;\n\nClient Onboarding Oversight: Oversee and expedite the compliance and onboarding progress of referred clients to ensure smooth flow and quick time-to-revenue.\n\nCommercial Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations with potential and existing partners.\n\nRequired Experience:\n3+ years of hands-on experience in a Bank Partnerships, Sales/BizDev, or Account Management role within Fintech, Banking or EMI sectors;\n\nDeep understanding of financial infrastructure and onboarding dynamics in high-risk / regulated industries (iGaming, Gambling, Crypto, Forex, etc.);\n\nTrack record of working independently, driving decisions, and taking end-to-end ownership of projects;\n\nAdvanced English level (C1+) with exceptional written and spoken communication skills for C-level and institutional negotiations;\n\nProven ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with external partners.\n\nNice to Have:\nExisting network of active contacts among EMIs, Tier-1/Tier-2 Banks, and high-risk PSPs;\n\nDirect experience in structuring complex international corporate setups and understanding global compliance (KYC/AML) requirements.\n\nWhat we offer:\nHigh
