Do\nCollaborate with Agile teams to support the delivery of new features and enhancements\nDesign, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies\nPerform functional, integration, system, and regression testing across applications, APIs, and data platforms\nValidate data quality across relational and non-relational databases\nDevelop and maintain QA automation frameworks using open-source tools (e.g., Selenium, pytest)\nExecute both manual and automated testing to ensure release quality\nSet up and manage test data and test environments for integration and QA workflows\nTrack, document, and support resolution of defects, including basic root cause analysis\nSupport CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test execution into build and deployment processes\nWork with offshore and cross-functional teams to align testing efforts\nParticipate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and estimation of QA work\nContinuously learn and improve QA processes, tools, and best practices\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\n2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing\nExperience testing modern applications built with C#, Python, Java, or .NET frameworks\nHands-on experience with SQL and working with relational databases (basic NoSQL exposure preferred)\nExperience with manual and automated testing approaches\nFamiliarity with QA automation tools such as Selenium, pytest, or similar frameworks\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nBasic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent)\nExperience working in Windows and/or Linux environments\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills\nEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams\nWhat We Would Like to See\nExperience working in a cloud environment (Azure preferred)\nExposure to API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)\nFamiliarity with BDD frameworks (e.g., SpecFlow, Cucumber)\nExperience testing data pipelines, APIs, or integration-heavy systems\nKnowledge of test automation best practices and scalable QA frameworks\nExposure to healthcare systems, EDI transactions, or regulated environments\nUnderstanding of DevOps concepts or infrastructure
