Our culture is collaborative, autonomous, and customer-obsessed.\nWe are looking for a Senior B2B Product Manager excited to solve the interesting and unique challenges construction accounting teams face every day.\nThis is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility. Once a week, we get together for in-person team collaboration and a team lunch in our Seattle office.\nIn this role, you will:\nDefine and build delightful and innovative software that makes it easier for our customers to manage finance and accounting tasks. Our customers include both midsize and large construction companies, specifically leaders in finance and accounting.\n\nBe an expert on corporate cards and construction accounting for payables across our supported systems.\n\nGrow Finvari's product breadth by solving key challenges for construction AP teams and expanding in underserved areas.\n\nSupport Customer Success onboarding and supporting customers, as needed.\n\nCoordinate feature development and release.\n\nIdentify, define, and prioritize feature enhancements, communicate the value to the organization, and develop metrics to measure success.\n\nWork with UX designers or self-perform design work to build a friendly, intuitive user experience.\n\nWork hands on with engineering and customer success building and supporting ERP integrations in the context of your product area.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nSelf-Motivated and enthusiastic about building great software for construction accounting\n\nEmpathetic advocate for your customers\n\n4+ years experience as a product manager on a product with an external customer\n\nBachelors in applicable fields (CS, accounting, engineering, supply chain, or similar)\n\nOther experience (not required, we're happy for you to learn):\nConstruction accounting or construction ERPs\n\nFintech and/or payments processing\n\nConstruction industry\n\nERPs such as Vista, Sage Intacct, etc\n\nThis could be a great fit if you:\nAre passionate about solving complex challenges and helping others succeed.\n\nThrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and adaptability are key.\n\nEnjoy working with customers to translate their needs into actionable solutions.\n\nAre a proactive problem solver who takes ownership and delivers results.\n\nBelieve in the power of teamwork and open collaboration to drive impact.\n\nAre a curious, self-driven learner who likes the details.\n\nLike rolling up your sleeves and putting the customer first.\n\nWe want you to love your work, team and environment - this may not be a good fit if you:\nPrefer a highly structured, well-defined environment\n\nAre uncomfortable being the first to figure something out\n\nBenefits include:\n100% premium coverage for employee health insurance premiums and partial coverage for dependents.\n\nHealth Savings Account with a company contribution\n\nFlexible Spending Account Options: Health Care and Dependent Care\n\nDental, Vision, and Life Insurance\n\n11 paid company holidays plus generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy\n\nPlus stock options so that you can participate in the company’s success!\n\nAt this time, Finvari is not able to sponsor employment based visas such as H1-B.
