We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.\n\nJob Summary \n\nThe HR Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations of the organization while supporting strategic HR initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness and organizational performance. The role oversees core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management coordination, HR administration, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring.\n\nKey Responsibilities \n\nOperational HR Excellence:\n\nHands On HR Customer Service that delights internal customers. Go to person for all HR Operations issues.\nEnsure smooth execution of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and leave management, onboarding and offboarding of team members.\nMaintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.\nRobust HR – Employee Records accuracy and management\nEnsure Clinic compliance in line with the Labour Law\nManage employee life cycle end–to–end\nManage HMO/ Group Life & Group Personal Accident for all employees\nDevelop fit-for-purpose templates for HR Operations\nManage benefits in line with employee contract of employment, including fixed-term employees, interns, and NYSC.\n\nCompliance Management (Tactical):\n\nMonitor daily HR processes for compliance with labour laws and company policies.\nConduct routine audits of HR practices and recommend operational improvements.\nEnsure compliance with all HR related regulatory bodies – ITF, PenCom, NSITF,\nManage audit-related exercises in line with the company GMP and food handling\nEnsure compliance with food handling practices and company awareness\n\nLearning and development Implementation:\n\nCoordinate training schedules, identify gaps, and ensure delivery of high-quality development programs.\nTrack progress against learning objectives and generate post-training feedback reports.\n\nHR Metrics and Reporting:\n\nPrepare monthly HR reports, highlighting turnover, engagement, and compliance metrics.\nUse data to suggest actionable improvements in HR processes and programs.\n\nRecruitment Operations:\n\nManage recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and conducting onboarding sessions.\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer acceptance.\nConduct Onboarding sessions for new joiners\nSource candidates and maintain candidate pipeline for open roles and emergency hiring.\n\nPolicy Rollout and Employees Communication:\n\nJointly oversee the rollout of new policies, ensuring they are well-communicated and understood\n\nCompliance Strategy and Risk Management\n\nCollaborate on identifying and resolving potential compliance risks.\nPartner to conduct training sessions on compliance for both employees and managers.\nAdhere to all organizational policies, including safety and food safety regulations, and promptly report any breaches or violations.\n\nEmployee Engagement and Culture Building:\n\nDevelop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.\nConduct and analyse employee engagement surveys, acting on key insights.\n\nHR Projects and Change Management:\n\nEnsure alignment between strategic and operational goals during periods of change.\nCarry out any other task as assigned by the management.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n\nComply with all company’s policies including but not limited to safety and food safety policies.\n\nQualification and Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field is required.\nHR Certification from a recognized institute, CIPM, HRCI, or SHRM.\n3-5 years’ Experience in Human Resources Management, previous experience in manufacturing is an advantage.\nExperience managing core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.\nExperience supporting performance management, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.\nExperience working in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or fast-paced operational environment is an advantage.\nExperience handling HR documentation, compliance monitoring, and disciplinary processes.\nGood understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.\nExperience implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.\nStrong recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations management skills.\nProficiency in HRIS systems, especially Seamless HR, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR reporting tools.\nAbility to maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.\nKnowledge of performance management processes and HR administration practices.\nAbility to support audits, compliance reviews, and policy enforcement initiatives.\nCommitment to fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performance work environment.\nAbility to work
