You will work closely with experienced leaders, take ownership from day one, and help shape a company at the frontier of blockchain and traditional finance.\nJoin us, and help build the future of payments.\nWhat is the role of a Solutions Engineer at Fipto?\nAs a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for :\nPre-Sales Support and Sales Cycle Management\nJoin calls and product demonstrations alongside the commercial team, contributing technical and operational expertise.\n\nQualify prospect requirements (PSPs, large corporates, funds) across payments, treasury, compliance, and integration dimensions.\n\nLead responses to RFPs and RFIs\n\nProduce tailored commercial proposals and functional architecture documents for each prospect.\n\nOnboarding and Institutional Client Engagement\nManage complex onboarding phases: coordinate internal teams (Product, Compliance, Engineering), track KYB/KYC milestones, and oversee document collection.\n\nAct as the interface between client operational requirements and Fipto's product and technology teams.\n\nDocument integration journeys and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes.\n\nOperational and Regulatory Expertise\nAdvise prospects on the operational implications of Fipto's solutions (fund flows, reporting, liquidity management).\n\nTranslate MiCA, travel rule, and AML requirements into concrete onboarding and integration steps for prospects.\n\nSupport the Compliance team during due diligence by clarifying client operating models and use cases.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement\nProvide structured market feedback to the Product team based on insights gathered during sales cycles.\n\nContribute to the creation of sales enablement materials: product sheets, presentations, technical FAQs.\n\nParticipate in building out the pre-sales function as the commercial team scales.\n\nAbout You:\nMore than 8 years of experience in fintech, payments, or B2B financial services environments.\n\nProven experience managing end-to-end onboarding of regulated financial institutions (PSPs, brokers, banks) -
