HSE Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor on construction or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize and coordinate workforce activities on site.
• Ability to make independent decisions in safety-related matters and take responsibility for those decisions.
• Confidence in communicating with management, contractors, and workforce personnel.
• Ability to stop unsafe work and firmly enforce safety requirements when necessary.
• High level of discipline, initiative, and personal accountability.
• Experience in conducting inspections, incident investigations, and workforce training.
• Good knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Permit to Work (PTW), Working at Height, Lifting Operations, and Excavation Safety requirements.
